This script is great for churches: put a prayer wall up on your web site. Allow anyone to post a prayer request by submitting a form. Keep your congregation praying, and in touch with the prayer needs in your church.
This script is free for a limited time.
Does your church web site have a way for people to post prayer requests? If not, this script may be a nice enhancement.
With the integrated RSS feed, people can subscribe using their RSS reader and always have the latest prayer requests available.
Be alerted everytime there is a new request. Even allow the whole church to subscribe to requests (using a group, such as Yahoo groups). When there are new requests, the group gets an email and the RSS feed is automatically updated.
There's a sample script running in the 'test area,' so give it a try. Login as 'admin/password' to view the adminsration area.
New: The format for saving requests has changed, so if you're updating this script from a previous version, you will need to re-enter your old requests. Reviews
My church's website started using this prayer request script a few months ago. We LOVE it, especially the RSS Feed and the ability to easily print out a text document of the prayer requests. Thanks Jason! We have been using this script for several months now. It seems flawlwss and our website visitors love it!
AFU Plugins $2.50 Add to Cart
These scripts combine with Auto FollowUp. AFU allows people to subscribe to the autoresponder by email, but this collection contains a script that will actually answer an email! It will respond to email subscribe and unsubscribe requests. Other plugins include a mailing list script to mail the entire list at once, and a database plugin to import multiple formats into Auto Follow Up. [more & download links]

MP3 Database $0 Add to Cart
My personal experience with MP3 Database is in a word: AWESOME!
There is much to be said about unobstrusive, practical, and functional scripts and their authors... MP3 Database just plain and simply: Gets-The-Job-Done.
I've looked at other alternatives such as: JamRoom, it's an overkill, while MP3Database does not have all of the bells and whistles of jamroom, you can be up and running in no time -- again... unobstrusive, practical, and functional, like sweet life!
